Brazilian Dances

These sessions are packed with: Afoxe, Samba reggae, Coco, Danza dos Arcos, Cavalo Marinho and of course Maracatu.

We will be  working with some technique, developing choreographies in Maracatu, Samba reggae and Afoxe, and generally having a good dance!

   When: 

• April (29th)
• May (13th LIVE MUSIC – different venue, please see below)

June and July (please note the change of time and venue). 

• June (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th)
• July (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th)

      Where:

• From September to April, sessions will take place at BHASVIC Drama Studio, 205 Dyke Road. Brighton BN3 6EG
• Live music sessions: Session on 13th May will be at The Skep, Moulsecoomb Place 
• From June to July, sessions will take place at 18.30 at  St. Ann’s Well Sensory Gardens (Somerhill Rd. entrance) 

How much: £9 drop in; £40 per 5 week-course

Please bring water and comfortable clothes.
