These sessions explore a particular topic that might be of interest to the participants I work with. It responds to demand and it builds from content we cover in some of the weekly sessions.
If you are interested in a particular topic either from the dance classes or the somatic movement (including GYROKINESIS/GYROTONIC (R), please let me know and we can develop it.
Next session will be on 5th March 2021 at 12.00 GMT . The content of the session will be face, hands and feet with some discussion about their relationship with the rest of the body .
