Whether you would like a topping up your exercise regime, something to get you started to become less sedentary. or a set of exercises to do while seated at your desk, this is for you.
This recorded session consists of a short sequence of exercises which will be different every week. The session is devised to support the release of tension and to help you to be supple. There is also a bonus dance in case you would like to have a go.
The session lasts for 15 – 20 mins, it is uploaded every Monday and you have unlimited access to it for 7 days.
