Private 1-2-1 sessions

Sessions will be tailored to the needs of the client so the content will be decided in consultation with the client. 

These sessions could include:

• Experiencing some of the work we cover in class to see whether a group session is suitable to your needs
• Discussing any movement material covered in the classes in more detail
• Exploring specific modifications for particular mobility issues
• Learning a particular dance style at your own pace 
• Working on nervous regulation and energy direction

Sessions are for 50 min.
