Dance and Movement 1-2-1 sessions

Sessions will be tailored to the needs of the client.

These sessions are designed to:

• have a more focused session
• discuss any movement material covered in the classes
• experience some of the work we cover in class to see whether a group session is suitable to your needs
• discuss specific modifications for particular mobility issues
• learn a particular dance style
• choreograph your first dance for your wedding or civil partnership

Sessions are for 30 min.
