These fun and friendly bi-monthly sessions are open to anyone over the age of 50, and will focus on supporting participants to build strength, physical confidence and prevent falls through dance and somatic exercises peppered with fun and vibrant music.
We do a combination of seated work, barre and dance, using music from a variety of styles. Movement can be tailored to different abilities, so come, have a go and bring a friend.
This class is dementia and Parkinson’s friendly and wheelchair accessible.
As part of the session, we offer free refreshments.
This class is presented by South East Dance and it takes place at the Dance Space, Brighton.
