An important aspect of Rosaria's work is participation and agency. Sessions are influenced by the participants taste in music and movement; containing community arts elements, and as a reflection of the groups Rosaria works with, with their individual needs and vision.

Some clients include:

WOMAD foundation,British Railways, Dartington School and Dartington Plus, Northampton College, Unilever, Unison and numerous primary and secondary schools and community groups in the UK and Europe.

Examples of Rosaria's choreographic work includes dance works created and performed for:

Copperdollar, Same Sky, South East Dance, Maracatu Cruzeiro do Sul, Paraiso School of Samba, Spiritus Arts, Bloco Fogo, Emergency Exit Arts (Streets Academy), Brighton Carnival, Kemptown Carnival, Carnival Collective, Voodoo Vaudeville, World Dance Unite and Lilian Baylis Studio at Sadler's Wells to name but a few.

She is currently dance leader, performer and choreographer of Maracatu Cruzeiro do Sul and ala choreographer of the London School of Samba for Notting Hill Carnival 2013.
